I have been using Independence Park Imaging for at least 10 years for all of my radiological studies. The staff who are educated and trained medical professionals are great. However its the front desk that is an absolute nightmare to deal with. It is always the same one or two unprofessional people who answer the main phone line. What happened to telephone etiquette? Thank you to whoever needs to know this....I've had several visits for various procedures over the years. The staff is always courteous, and an appointment time actually MEANS something there. I have always been seen ON time. That can't be said about much of anything these days.
