I made a call 2 weeks prior to make an appointment at 9:30am on a Thursday. The lady on the phone made me hold for 5 minutes, and then rushed the rest of the interaction with attitude, but I figured at the very least I was still getting my appointment. In this call, I double-checked with the person on the phone to confirm the date and time, 9:30am, April 24th, and they even repeated it back to me themselves, and I immediately wrote it down.
