My experience was with my grandson that was bed Ridden. They was awesome and I tell everyone to use no one else. Thank you for all you did for him. He passed away in 2019. 22 months of life he fought to live. September 30th 2019 he gained his heavenly wings. You all made my life so much easier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Have been given the run around for 8 months now on trying to get my daughter's sac device repaired. (The only way she has to communicate.) They tried to blame insurance but just asked ins for authorization last week and now the reason we are waiting so long is not insurance but they don't know why they wouldn't send the box for repairs. Now my daughter is so far behind in speech and school, behavior, etc, it will take years to get back to the level she was and who is going to fix that? Independence on Wheels has been AMAZING for us. My special needs son has received an AAC device with protective case, a safety bed, and an activity chair from them. Everything has arrived in perfect condition and they explained everything very well.
Trying to order a small chair over the phone is difficult at best. Customer service is lackadaisical? I've called 3 times about my prescription and received little help each time, it's as if they just don't care to sell me a suitable wheelchair for my needs.
