The brakes were grinding so badly I didn’t even want to drive it to a shop. I called him and he brought the parts to me instead. He worked in the driveway, explained what he was replacing, and had it done in a couple of hours. Didn’t try to sell me anything extra which I appreciated. Now the car feels like new when I stop.
