beware when applying to live there they talk the talk but dont walk the walk they told us acceptance didnt depend on our bad credit but when it came down to it they said our bad credit was why we were not approved and charged us 55.00 for our trouble just be ware if you have bad credit dont waste your money or time thanks mike
Great place to live! – It is refreshing to see a mobile home park where the owners and residents really care about the property. All the homes and green areas are well kept. And, it is walking distance from great shopping and restaurants. Check out their website - You will be impressed!
Wow,...amazing standards and impressive quality. I highly recommend. – I was looking for a place to stay during college and i stumbled upon this trailor park. I have heard nothing but good from this place. Not just ANYONE can get it. There is a crime watch policy, they call the police. Yards look fabulous, and are kept well. Community is outstanding and caring. You would have to be a fool to pass up an opportunity such as this.
