I cannot thank the staff at Independance matters enough. They helped to ease my mothers very reluctant journey into dementia and frailty through independent, assisted and finally residential care. They did it with grace, compassion and humour. Eventually Mom would look forward to her visits from Independance Matters whether for personal care or companionship.Just as importantly , I felt supported when I was at my most overwhelmed. We had a long term relationship, and they earned my trust and respect.
