We have had an excellent experience working with Cynthia. She makes our job as therapists much easier by taking the time to understand each patient's individual needs and recommending the chair that fits them best. She truly listens and always puts the patient first. Their team is also incredibly responsive. If there is ever an issue with a chair, they come out the same day to resolve it. I needed a mobility scooter that was portable for travel. A little research on line recommended purchasing a scooter from a dealer and Independence in Motion was highly rated. And rightly so as we had a refreshing and pleasant experience with our sales rep, Sean. He was cheerful and very knowledgeable.
