The team at Independence in Motion goes above and beyond with their customer service. From start to finish every interaction was a pleasure. My mom and her memory issues are a particular challenge and they have patiently worked with her to help her learn the features of her new motorized chair. I could not ask for a better experience.

Independence In Motion is THE place to shop for mobility equipment. We needed an electric wheel chair for our mother who is a paraplegic. Sean and his team coordinated all the paperwork. They handled the insurance forms, doctor evaluations and ordering of the equipment. In six weeks the new chair arrived and was delivered to our mom. They were patient and showed her how to operate the wheel chair. They also service what they sell should an issue arrive. Thank you Sean and Independence In Motion.
