South view manor apt has the crappiest management cause we have reported our kitchen sink needs fixed several times and nothing has been done to address the problem.
These property "managers" NEED to be fired. You currently have tenants trying to reach you about ROACH INFESTATIONS and you are WILLINGLY IGNORING THEM. This is completely unacceptable in numerous ways. The cause/source of a bug infestation is irrelevant; you own the property, YOU deal with it. Otherwise, YOU are responsible for property damage and tenants' health. DO YOUR JOB.
