Poor Customer Service I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The process started out fine but ended in a completely miserable experience. The vehicle is not a Honda so I guess that means they can sell a vehicle with problems and then play dumb. Initially the vehicle seemed fine, only a few minor issues but tithing a few days other issues came to light, expensive issues. I would never buy from them again.
Poor sales, good service I went here in 2006, interested in a Honda Fit, not too long after they initially came out. Basically, the message I got from the salesman was "We don't have one, so scram punk" (not in those words, but that was the impression I got). He did not try to deal with me at all, and I have never been back to try to purchase a car. I highly recommend dealing with Sunbury Motors Kia, however. Independence Honda This place is a good place to buy a vehicle. Independence Honda has very nice staff and they are very friendly and helpful. They have very nice vehicles for sale. They do a good job and they never pressured me when I was looking around. They have affordable prices too. I would recommend them.
