Great doctors. Horribly disconnected between Butler and other doctors in the INdependence Healthcare system. I do not even have a PHONE NUMBER TO CALL to check on my prescription!!!! My preference would have been UPMC, but my doctor being in Independence; I am essentially to go to Hospital in Butler!
Always clean and well organized
The doctors are very disrespectful and rude ! The doctor that does fhe surgeries at this office my husband had a. Insulation with him today he normally gets cortisone shots at this office but he was treated horribly at his visit today. The shots are very painful and in his thumbs where he has to get the shots are full of arthritis to the point he can't move them or even touch or bump his hands due to the pain. I had blood work taken today at the building off of Jefferson Street exit. The two (girls) who took my blood were very unprofessional didn't even know my name when calling me from the waiting room 🥴. They could care less about my discomfort from how TIGHT they placed the tourniquet to start the blood work. I have had blood taken multiple times throughout my 43 years of living and this was HORRIBLE!!!!!
Best place to go for blood work 6am no wait right in and done .
