This place has great customer service and courtesy salesman they make you feel like you deserve to have a HOG.
Absolutely awful experience. Did a buyer to buyer loan. They were buying my existing bike as they were advertising for used Harleys like most shops are now. We agreed on price for mine and seller and myself submitted docs and info. Was supposed to be a quick deal as I was driving 800 miles for disabled seller. Got there finance guy was off. Even though he knew we had a 9:00 appointment. Nobody there knew about or could find the deal. Start of a 4 hour ordeal. As we were unloading my bike out of the truck to their dock.
