Affordable, and the best selection of circuit machines I have ever had in a gym. I'm not young and not a body builder and haven't felt out of place here. I appreciate having a gym with such a good variety of machines to isolate the areas I'm working on
Great gym, been going for a few years now. Very no nonsense and affordable. You won't pay for unnecessary amenities like spas or group classes here. Always has plenty of equipment available even at peak times. There is one caveat, and it's more of a preference thing: the clientele is very much more on the serious bodybuilder/model side of things. Everyone is very nice and friendly, though, but if that's not your vibe it might not be the place for you.
