This place is a robbery. I made an appointment and called to say i was running late. I live 30 minutes away and unfortunately arrived 2 minutes after the 15 minute grace period. When I arrived, they told me the provider had already left for the day. I said, what if I was here 2 minutes ago? And they said, i'm sorry, you can't be seen. I had already paid my copay online and they said, don't worry, it was waived. I was pretty upset but I left feeling like they didn't even offer another date and kind of dismissed me quickly. Very large staff. Modern facility, and very attentive medical staff. Brought me in at exactly the time of my appoinment.
The office was very welcoming from entering the building to exiting. The front staff greeted you with a smile and professionalism, the medical assistant was very friendly and sweet, and the nurse practitioner Katrina was one of the nicest providers, she was very thorough and provided the best solution to my concerns.
