Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Independence Car Care. Took my sons truck there for repair and $1,200 later the problem was not fixed. Was told they fixed what my son said was wrong and admitted they did not read the codes showing on the dash OR test drive the vehicle. Sent me to a specialist for a 2nd opinion who said a mechanic should have known the repair was not going to fix the issue based on the codes.
RecommendedMy small business vehicle broke down causing the company to close temporarily. Independence made the repairs and had the company back up in running within a day. Their shop is organized, clean and efficient. What more can you ask for? Oh a polite staff, at a garage? CHECK. 10 out of 5 stars for Independence!
I have been bringing both of our vehicles here for about 4 years now, honest work at honest prices. I love everyone here! I was just there this past week for brakes all the way around as well as some electrical issues with my ‘14 Altima. Everything was addressed and taken care of promptly and perfectly. I was at independence car car Tuesday 4-6-20. I needed a oil change this is my place for my car care period! But with all that’s going on with the CORONAVIRUS I was like should I go I went & OMG! The staff was using ever Precaution I appreciate the entire staff thank you all for your# 1 customer service Always a great job💯

Great work is done here. Had my car looked at by 3 different body shops for the shaking it was doing and none of them could fix it. Took it here and they took care of me within a hour.
