Basically very happy with my Pulte home. Have only encountered some minor and correctable items.
Do not pass on the third party inspection. Make sure you get radon testing. Get the sewer scope and get the trusses and foundation checked very well. Also make sure your main water shut off out front by the street isn't clogged up with rocks from the landscapers.
We just closed on our first home with Pulte! Home buying is a stressful process, but the home we got is beautiful and the team out of independence is a pleasure to work with. Lisa in sales has been particularly awesome! She was always prompt in answering our questions (even when she wasn’t working), and went out of her way to get us answers when necessary. Austin was a great sales person. Doug has been great getting cabinets fixed.
