rushed all the way from work and even called ahead to make sure that if i got there before 5 they would be able to help me. walked in 5 minutes before close and was denied service. would have been nice to know that they’re only open until 5 for things that are convenient for them!
Some of these locations are great. The one closest to my house seems to try there hardest to make my life difficult. Avoid the one closest to hanson.

My review is this: Of all the times i've visited this particular branch, on Barrett Blvd., i've only had one "questionable" experience, which I would call less-than "Friendly," & it wasn't even that big of a deal. I simply asked about them faxing something, and the lady in the office said they now charge a 5$ fee to fax even my one page paper. That annoyed me a bit, to be sure, considering i've been with them for some time now. However, I saw the branch manager outside, and asked him about them charging 5$ for even a 1-page ... read more
