My review is this: Of all the times i've visited this particular branch, on Barrett Blvd., i've only had one "questionable" experience, which I would call less-than "Friendly," & it wasn't even that big of a deal. I simply asked about them faxing something, and the lady in the office said they now charge a 5$ fee to fax even my one page paper. That annoyed me a bit, to be sure, considering i've been with them for some time now. However, I saw the branch manager outside, and asked him about them charging 5$ for even a 1-page ... read more
