Been banking there for several years I always had A problem with their online banking in their app it doesn’t work well with iPhones. It constantly will not recognize facial recognition updating cause all kinds of issues. I really had a wonderful manager that fixed it a few years ago we just put in a simple pin number. things have been fine but now it’s screwed up again nobody can fix it.
