Effectivement un service en sinistre à éviter à tout prix. Protestez auprès de votre assureur pour ne pas que votre dossier soit remis entre leurs mains. C'est l'équivalent d'envoyer votre dossier aux oubliettes!!!! Ils sont toujours très courtois lorsqu'ils retournent votre appel pour vous dire .... qu'ils vous rappellerons la dessus!!!!
