Awful job board. You have to complete a CAPTCHA every single time you apply for a job. The whole purpose of reCAPTCHA is to prevent bots, whereas Indeed seems to use it to prevent real people from applying for jobs. It artificially distorts the supply and demand in the job market. Still waiting for my previous review to be approved, by the way...

Το ελληνικό τμήμα της εταιρείας απορρίπτει κριτικές που δεν είναι αρεστές. Συνεπώς η εταιρεία δεν προστατεύει την ελευθερία του λόγου και το δικαίωμα ενός εργαζόμενου ή ανέργου να εκφράσει την γνώμη του ή/και την εμπειρία του από την αγορά εργασίας. Επίσης οι περισσότεροι εργοδότες στην Ελλάδα δεν γνωρίζουν το Indeed. Αμφιβάλλω αν έστω και ένας Έλληνας εργοδότης έχει διαβάσει τις κριτικές των εργαζομένων του στο Indeed. Indeed has gone to total garbage. It used to be my go-to job search/career building site. I built a great, simple resume that I've tweaked over the years, and I used to get job offer after job offer. Every position I worked for years I got thanks to Indeed. Some of the best jobs I've ever had I got through them. Unfortunately, since 2023/2024, their postings have been full of scammers and shady employers who lazily pump out AI ghost postings, aka jobs that don't even exist. It's crazy being unemployed for over five years, routinely checking job postings, and still failing to find appropriate employment. I've wasted countless hours for years using indeed--and that is without pay.
