GREAT customer service! Very quick to respond, highly competent and very pleasant to work with. I was looking to purchase a drum roller with additional accessories for our small mixing operation. Terrible customer service. The lady taking my order over the phone rushed me through the process, and when I received the items, they were not anywhere near what I was expecting. When I called to return them, I was told the $659.75 worth of items were NON-RETURNABLE because the items had been "modified" (set screws were placed in the mixing blades). The lady on the phone wouldn't even listen to my situation. Taking my business elsewhere!
