They are billing me for something that is a year and a half old !! They don’t answer the phone when I tried to call and question them or even pay it !!!! Terrible company!
They can't even get my insurance information correct. How can I trust them with my lab results. I just got notification they can't confirm my identity with my insurance company. This happened with lab work in February! I've contacted my doctors office and found out I'm not the only patient that's complained. This company needs to close it's doors.
This place is predatory, and they will send you to collections in a heartbeat. When I called to speak with customer service, the man was supet sarcastic and threatened to end the call multiple times.

Their billing department is HORRIBLE. Paid the bill, they sent my check back, getting late charges and no one will answer the phone. Why would anyone trust these people with an important medical issue ?
