This has been a horrible experience from the start. I wish I had never started banking with them. Beware you have very few options without an actual bank branch and no idea when a branch will possibly be open in Cape Coral (a month or two as of 11/26/2023) and customer service phone number for emergencies available only during normal business hours.

We have moved much of our business to them because they make it so simple and I can't see any reason to not continue migrating over.
