Absolutely love this place. We toured a few more homes yesterday (our third trip there) and as soon as our house sells, we will be moving there. What a wonderful community. Update. We've lived here for almost a year and we've never been happier. This is such a wonderful community and we've made more friends here than any other place we've ever lived. It's just a bunch of like minded people, willing to help each other out or get together for game night. Absolutely love it here
I bought my tiny home from incredible tiny homes. My house is 8 / 24 holiday special 2023. My house was finished in April or May of 2024. I'm not sure the timelime when it was finished. I am so happy that I found incredible tiny homes in 2017. I followed them for a while.They had several jams . In 2019 I came to the jam. I saw Randy's and Amanda's dream. The tiny homes are well built and reasonably priced. They are, 6-12 months behind in building. If you order one today, expect a long wait time. They have no lease lots available. They have no knowledge of anywhere locally to place a tiny home. Salesman Tim is nice enough but doesn't follow through with promises of contact with more information.
My wife and I can't wait to see what Randy and Amanda have to offer in 6 years. We are looking forward to buying a Ace and if possible put it in the mountain community or Forest community. It truly a blessing for the vision Randy Jones bring hopefulliness to those who stress about day to day living on a tighter budget in retirement. Excellent experience with ITH. Constant communication thru their “app”. Love my home and they get an “A” on the Better Business Bureau. Nothing nefarious that I’ve seen or experienced. If I have an issue it’s taken care of.
