I bought my tiny home from incredible tiny homes. My house is 8 / 24 holiday special 2023. My house was finished in April or May of 2024. I'm not sure the timelime when it was finished. I am so happy that I found incredible tiny homes in 2017. I followed them for a while.They had several jams . In 2019 I came to the jam. I saw Randy's and Amanda's dream. Drove 10 hours from New York with my mother to visit this place spoke to melody had a appointment for 10am i get there at 930 am so I call her no answer turns out she left with Amanda and randy earlier in the morning you would think they would call or send a email nothing someone shows up give us a fast less than 20 minute tour and that's it and we go to see the homes on the sales lot the majority of them are closed so you cant see them at all sales man just said to look at website no one there seems to know anything we drov... read more
The tiny homes are well built and reasonably priced. They are, 6-12 months behind in building. If you order one today, expect a long wait time. They have no lease lots available. They have no knowledge of anywhere locally to place a tiny home. Salesman Tim is nice enough but doesn't follow through with promises of contact with more information.
Before you invest join this group. You will learn about the hundreds of people that have been scammed. People waiting 2 years or longer, complaints of poor workmanship, leaks, etc… The local paper has reported many times on how horrible the situation is. You can purchase good reviews, there are company’s that actually do that. Just do your research, don’t get caught up in the YouTube videos. Absolutely love this place. We toured a few more homes yesterday (our third trip there) and as soon as our house sells, we will be moving there. What a wonderful community. Update. We've lived here for almost a year and we've never been happier. This is such a wonderful community and we've made more friends here than any other place we've ever lived. It's just a bunch of like minded people, willing to help each other out or get together for game night. Absolutely love it here
