We had a flood on June 27th at 7 pm on a Friday evening. My cousin gave me the number for Incredible Restorations, and I called them right away. Had a flood at the worst possible time, causing a lot of stress. Zack from Incredible Restorations arrived quickly, assessed the affected areas with sophistacted tools, moisture sensing and thermal imaging tools. Incredible Restorations is terrible! Their communication is horrible, no one knows what anyone is doing or when. Cannot get a hold of anyone and they don’t reply to emails. Our insurance company hired Circle Restoration and everything was great! Do NOT use Incredible Restorations!!
