Booked appointment they called about an hr prior to the appointment time to inform me that no one was coming out for troubleshooting or repair because I did not buy the system from them. I informed them at time of booking the model of the unit and as many details as possible. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company save some frustration and seek an actual professional.
