Thanks to everyone at Incredible HVAC, we had a very good experience and would like to give a big shout out to Charles , Keith and the installers of our new system. Everyone was very polite and spent time explaining everything. It's been a pleasure to have worked with this company and we definitely will be recommending them to others for their HVAC needs! Phillip Sebera was very professional and informative on his service. In and out in about an hour which was fantastic! Also, gave some great recommendations on how to keep our unit running proficient annually! Would definitely have a beer with him! Great guy!

I saw a post on Nextdoor about hvac unit tuneups. I had not had my unit looked at since purchasing my home a few years ago, so I called to make an appointment. Everyone I spoke to and saw in person were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The technician that came to my home inspected everything and even changed the filters I had recently purchased. He gave me recommendations and offered a couple of services, but there was no pressure to purchase. I will consider what was recommended. I would use this company again.

Philip from Incredible HVAC came out to our place and serviced 2 of our systems. Philip is thorough, explains all his work and any issues that need to be addressed. Very Professional, Friendly and an Excellent Technician.
