There is great service. There was a nice guy who helped me to wrap the bouquet.
Do NOT buy flowers from this location. I purchased a small arrangement for a friend on the Mothers Day weekend. 3 of the 4 flowers wilted the very next day. You would think they would be fresh on the Mothers Day weekend. I phoned to give them the opportunity to correct before posting a review....they have incorrect information on their receipt for name and phone number. The response was I'm sorry but I don't know what you would like me to do about it. Maybe take some lessons in customer service for starters......
Had an issue with flowers I recently purchased and was provided with a full replacement due to the quality after a couple days of having them. Great service to make sure customers get quality flowers.
If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve ordered many times from this florist and never had an issue. The bouquet my mom received on Mother’s Day (at 9:30pm when she was getting ready for bed) was in very poor condition. Most of the flowers were wilted and the roses were damaged. I’ve seen better flower arrangements at a grocery store. I contacted them to resolve this issue and they said a new bouquet would be sent out to my mom which she still hasn’t received.
