This is my go to flower store in the city. The flowers are magnificent, the prices are great, and the staff is always exceptionally helpful. They have helped me put a smile on the faces of those dear to me on numerous special occasions. I would not go anywhere else for my floral needs.
Terrible service. I ordered flowers for friend's mother in hospital Thursday morning. Due to poor communication on florist part, friend's mom never received flowers until 10 PM Saturday evening. I don't know if they made it to her room last night or today. My friend didn't purchase flowers for her mom as she didn't know if there'd be room for more than one flower bouquet. So, her mom is in hospital without flowers. I'm very sad, irritated and insulted. Do better. Call, email, text if you require clarification.
