I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to a funeral, and the website showed no issues at all — everything went through smoothly. I trusted that the order would be handled professionally, but I later found out that the flowers were never delivered. Cancelled my order after seeing a $50.00 delivery fee AND a $10.00 service fee. Ridiculous!!
I wanted to bring to their attention a concern regarding the recent flower delivery. While the flowers did arrive, they appeared somewhat rough and had already begun to wilt upon arrival. When I met the courier at the door, he mentioned, “You should add more water—they tipped in the car.” Although I appreciate his honesty, the arrangement had very little water, which may have contributed to the condition of the flowers. We wanted to work this matter out with the shop, they just ignored. Not worth dealing with.
It’s been years I ordered flowers to them and they are always on time and using best flowers. The owner is very friendly and kind. Highly recommended!
