I can't recommend this florist enough! I've ordered from them twice now, both times as very last-minute orders the night before, and they've delivered beautiful, high-quality arrangements right on time every time. This most recent order was for my aunt's 85th birthday, and the customer service truly went above and beyond. Received a Mother’s Day bouquet from my children. It was supposed to be a surprise, but when it still hadn’t arrived by 6pm, my son let me know that I was supposed to have a bouquet delivered, and that I hadn’t been forgotten. I was just on my way to bed at 9.30, when the doorbell rang. I was delivered an arrangement of flowers with barely an apology for the late hour. Ordered a mother's day special flower with the expectation of timely delivery considering that I live 7 blocks away. Based on their own policy, they claim that "we often start deliveries earlier during busy holidays" and that "deliveries to home addresses occur between 11 am and 8 pm". I waited patiently by the door all day on Mother's Day and the delivery did not happen during their advertised hours.
