You know those ear jewelry kits you get from Spencer's, Hot Topic, etc. that has only a few piercings you like out of them all/the set? Yeah, these guys don't have those. You get to chose individual pairs that you like instead of wasting your money on those dumb kits at other stores. Asked for specific jewelry And the older Male suggested the wrong type than got upset when we wanted to trade them for the right ones then wanted to charge us for them, which I get and agreed to pay. Next he kept going off to my wife about how it wasn’t his fault. Very unprofessional when it comes to exchanges. Like I Said I understand to a point. There was no reason to act like a child as an old man.
Me and my friends absolutely love coming here!! All of the staff is probably gonna start recognizing us because of how often we drop by but overall they have been super nice and patient with us whenever we pick out our items and they always give us their recommendations.
