I absolutely loved their answering machine that confidentiality guaranteed a call back. It's been 36 hours since I left a detailed message with my name and number and I haven't heard anything back. 1 star for you!Ā
I paid about $30,000 to have air-conditioning installed on a Commercial Property and was promised a three-year warranty on labor and 10 years on material. We have had issues from the very beginning and he will not warranty the job stating he has already paid his contractors. But I paid him, so why would it no longer be under warranty I cannot recommend someone who does not honor their wordĀ

Jun 2021: Call in the morning and was surprised they could get to me that same day. Very professional and down-to-earth. Answered all my many questions and willing to explain things. Checked out my A/C system for other issues for preventive maintenance instead of just doing the bare minimum to get out of here.
