I had a broken laptop that would not let me get on the internet. Tom fixed it in under 20 minutes and charged me a heavily discounted rate! I've called him often directly on his cell phone for minor issues which he has answered for free. Nice guy and a great service

I had Geeks come out to fix my computer, they said my motherboard was out and it will cost over $300 to fix. My friend purchased her computer from incomputer and said i should take it in and get a second opinion. Tom one of the employees looked at it right there on the spot told me my board was fine it was the power suply thing and he can replace in 35 min. so 30 min and $35 later i went home a very happy customer. Thanx Tom, great customer service.
