I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade. However, I just got off the phone with Alex who is a supervisor. Our conversation ended poorly and they’ve lost a customer.
Bank will not allow me access to my own money without driving 6-7 hours round trip to close the account myself. Bank has not mailed me statements in months, and will not issue checks a debit card or allow me to wire the money out to close the account. Customer service was rude when I asked if there was any way I could avoid driving for an entire day just to access my funds.
