My appointment was set for 2 pm. I've been sitting here for 3 hours waiting to do my taxes. This is rude, unprofessional, and unbecoming of a business owner.
I gave them one star because I liked the idea of setting up an appointment through texting to have a phone consultation I made the appointment about a week ago and they sent me several text messages to confirm the appointment for today April 9, 2022 at 3:30 PM well I haven’t heard from them nobody’s called to reschedule not a text nothing I think that was very unprofessional being that they text me several times to confirm.
