I have tried calling this Business Centre on 4 different occasions, on different days, & different times of the business day & every time I call here to inquire about their office rentals, no one ever answers the phone. How are you a business marketing offices for rent & not open during regular business hours???
I've been a tenant here for 5 years and Dorrie (reception) is the main reason why I renew my lease each year. Compared to other business rental centers I can always get a conference room and more importantly I can always trust that I get every single piece of mail. The rental prices are very reasonable and I have a great window view of Napervillle road. I highly recommend this office if you run a real estate, law or financial services business.
Rude receptionist Dorrie Dalen. During the pandemic the Sr. Vice President Jay Howell removed my mail from our mailbox then tried to lie. Very unprofessional, that is why they’re always advertising for new business. The Lombard location was better because it was managed by LuAnn until they abruptly let her go, sad day. She was so professional and thorough. We did something nice for her, my team. Dorrie acts likes she hates coming to work. Find another spot, trust me.
