Short story is, they filed an extension for me in April and then could never be reached. I had to get duplicates of all my paper work and hire someone else to do the taxes prior to October 15th. I ended up getting hit with penalties and interest charges only because of the lack of professionalism and customer service at Income Tax Inc.
