They have lost and/or not processed my interim reports twice in 6 months. Blamed me both times. Waiting to talk to someone, I saw employees just sitting around and walking around in back offices not helping anyone. Seriously an hour plus wait in a nearly empty lobby? What, are they playing Games or having Spa treatments done? So unprofessional.
This place is a joke and really has no clue on what they are doing. Don't try calling they will just hang up on you.
