The team at Incognito were fantastic. From Nancy who started the process to Sapphire Warner and her team who are super people and managed all the first and second fittings and pickups. Wow! The wedding party looked fabulous. In my mind, Incognito is the only place to go for weddings, suits and apparel.
I had an awesome first experience at Incognito Tux shop today! It was busy for a Sunday afternoon, which was a great sign, AND the staff still managed to work me in efficiently without compromising service for others with appointments. The two Alexes were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Alex P., who took great care with my measurements and fitting. Great staff, very friendly and professional. The suit fit great and they helped me out major on the back end of the deal with some wedding day mishaps on my own part. Highly recommend!
