Incognito is absolutely amazing. Literally took me in at closing time and was able to rent a tux in minutes. The staff there was so personal and cool (shout out to Alex and Saphire) I cannot recommend this place higher. What a gem in Rochester 🎉 The whole culture there is supreme, they make you feel like family and really get to know ya - too lucky for the place!
I was a groomsman for a wedding, and our suits were bought and tailored here. Throughout the entire process, all the staff were super friendly, professional, and thorough. The fit of the suit was excellent, and all the groomsmen looked very sharp on the wedding day. When my suit pants got ripped by a broken seatbelt in the shuttle van, I was worried about replacement as I had just purchased the suit. My kids were acting out, and well I worked at keeping them focused... Alex and the other manager helped as well. They handled the kids really well and did a great job fitting them for our soon to be wedding. Alex did awesome!! Hope to work with him more in the future!!
