ATTN Randy! Sapphire has earned you a customer for life! Just so helpful and knowledgeable. I came in out of the blue , but left with a complete suit and shirts. She made it so easy and such an amazing experience I’m even leaving her and the shop a review, I never review anything lol. Will be back for another suit!
The service was exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable. Their suit selection is great and the time on alterations was quick and they looked great! And all for a fair price no less!
I want to start by giving credit where it’s due: Alex was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me pick out what I thought was the perfect tux for my wedding. I have absolutely no complaints about Alex or the service he personally provided. The actual product, however, was incredibly disappointing. The very first time our photographer asked us to unbutton our jackets for photos, the button on my tux AND the button on my best man’s tux popped off.
