While many agencies have a common goal to advocate for those they serve, it is without any doubt ICP is the one organization that stand behind their agency mission and values. They supported my dreams and ambitions for my career goals and housing goals. Any resources I needed I was provided. I never felt like a case number. People from this project attend other cities council meetings to intimidate and/or guilt them into building communities in areas not ideal for affordable housing even when it's in a flood plain with no accessibility to public transportation. They do not care how it impacts a city's neighboring community property values, drain on local resources, traffic issues or individuals. Are they getting donations from the builders?

It has been my experience that ICP is a people first, advocacy focused organization. A fantastic place to work that centers the needs of it's clients, community, and employees.
