Matt, Larisa and Cynthia (and Alvin) were a delight to work with! Cynthia was on top of everything and a great communicator. Their team helped us find a lender, insurance and inspectors. Matt and Larisa even helped with snow removal on closing day so the cleaning crew could get into our new home.
Alvin and his assistant Cynthia were very efficient and professional in both helping me purchase a new place and sell my old one. Every question I had was answered promptly, all the deadlines were carefully monitored with no extension requests on our end, and any potential deal breakers were cleared up quickly.
