The best Hot Tub service and people around. They are family owned and really care about their customers and their tubs!!! Can not say enough good things about Incline Hot Tub. I don’t ever post reviews, they are 100% deserving of a 5+ star review!!!
Jaime and Gretchen are fantastic! super responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Jaime did everything possible to make sure we were all setup right. highly recommended!!!
A brand new hot tub is ruined due the non-professional lack of response and breach of contract by this terrible company They were hired to maintain a brand new hot tub , After one service they never showed up again nor responded when it started leaking the day after they were here to maintain it It looks like I’m going to have to take them to court to get my funds to buy a new hot tub Due to this lack of professionalism and utter lack of responsibility
