If I could I would give it a Zero Stars. It was like pulling teeth to get an appointment with my tax person. The first one I talked to seemed to be a little put out that I was asking questions. The second one was better but in 8 mos I was only able to get 2 conversations. I was paying a fee of $99/mo and kept it up so they could do my taxes, otherwise I would have canceled much earlier. The app is pretty much useless almost as bad as the website. Uploading files - good luck. Dont even try to do multiple ones. Using the chat - no Bueno. Getting any help from customer service - you guessed it - none. You have to fill out their forms for your rental properties. The non disclosed price structure - a joke - every rental property is an extra $120 on top of the $650 base rate. Long turnaround time. Mistakes were made that lead to an IRS Identiy verification process.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Incite Tax & Accounting has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing companies I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend checking their BBB (Better Business Bureau) page before doing business with them—something I regret not doing sooner. Incite purchased the company doing my taxes which was subcontracted through Tax Sentry whom I loved for many years. I paid 750$ year for individual and LLC together. I am now being told it will be $2100 to do the same taxes with ZERO changes on my end. What a scam, trying to have me pay for their acquisition. GTFOT
