I’ve lived at Incite for more than a year now and I’ve had the best experience! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming and there’s always something fun happening. They have a game room and conference rooms and a nice gym as well. It’s a great space if you’re a student or have a remote job and want to study/work somewhere outside of your room. They’ve vending machines and a paid coffee machine too for any late night cravings or early morning coffee runs! Lived here for five months for my exchange stay at RPI. I really enjoyed my stay! The living conditions were amazing, large kitchen, spacious room and lots of great facilities (really nice having a gym in the building). The property staff are amazing and super helpful as well, so just a good bonus to staying here 😄 Highly recommend!
I’ve had a great experience living at Incite at Troy. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-designed, with plenty of space and great amenities that make day-to-day living really comfortable. The building itself is well maintained, and the common areas are nice. The location is also a huge plus—super convenient to downtown Troy and close to campus, restaurants, and shops. Incite is an AMAZING place to live! I rented here back in 2021 and had an awesome experience! I ended up leaving to live on my own but missed the support and community at Incite so much that I moved back here the following year! The office members at Incite make this place what it truly is- a fun and comforting place to live! I would highly recommend Incite to anyone looking for a community style living!
Spent a few years here right after my brother spent 3 years here. Both of us are rpi students, the walk is not bad, and if you drive there's almost always spots out front (if you don't get indoor parking, which they offer!). You're right across from a pub with very nice people and great food, you're across from Dinosaur BBQ (a school favorite), and of course just a few blocks away from the farmers market.
