Spent a few years here right after my brother spent 3 years here. Both of us are rpi students, the walk is not bad, and if you drive there's almost always spots out front (if you don't get indoor parking, which they offer!). You're right across from a pub with very nice people and great food, you're across from Dinosaur BBQ (a school favorite), and of course just a few blocks away from the farmers market. Been living here since September. Was my last ditch choice but became the best choice! The amenities are amazing and the events are great, and everyone in the leasing office feels like they genuinely care about you and your experience! If you're hesitant to move in, don't be! If you're on a time crunch, I had my application approved, lease signed, and moved in in little under a week!
Great place for student housing. Mamagment is easy to access, the building has great security measures, and there's a massive focus on community here. Maintenence is also quick to respond and reliable.
Charm was a great host I love him so much be back soon just for him
This is a nice place to live. A student or even a working person .the staff are very helpful. And so polite.
