Thank you so much for our Cinderella Comfort toilet. Your team has been so supportive, working with us each step of the way from explaining the product, to providing guidance to make our cottage ready for the installation all the way to come out of your way to make the installation quick and with minimal mess to our natural surroundings.
This is an absolutely rubbish organization. It appears the product they sell, which they are just a distribution agency for is fine, but the outfit in Minden is misleading, unhelpful and dishonest. Unless you can install this type of equipment without any help at all, I would strongly suggest doing business with someone else. They are affiliated with Kegal Heating & Cooling, which I can only assume is complicit in the shady practices, so probably best to stay away from them as well.
Edited to Respond to Owner: Have yet to be contacted by anyone from the company since my previous issue stated below. What an incredibly disingenuous company. They want your initial sale and then will ignore you through and through. Please save yourselves the trouble and invest your money elsewhere. Initial review of the toilet was great. A couple thousand dollars is not easy to spend on a toilet but we live off grid and it seemed like a clean option at the time. However I've had to drastically change down to a one star as the company and product are not worth your time. The longevity of the product is poor at best and the customer service is practically non-existent.
