Inches A Weigh My daughter and I started Inches A Weigh 2 weeks ago. The ladies there are very friendly and attentive to each member. I have a problem with my back (scolliosis) and they adjusted the exercises so that I am able to do them. They are open 6 days a week and require a 3 day work out. The equipment is great there are 6 beds that help with the exercise and then there are Stationery Bikes, Steppers and Tredmills to work out on.
