Great customer service, can not fault any communication from start to finish. Saarina was fantastic all round with what happens and what needed doing, can not fault the time given to explain everything to me and making sure I understood.

He clearly explained what repairs were needed, gave me an accurate timeline, and kept me in the loop the whole time. When I picked up my car, it was not only ready but also had been cleaned – a really nice touch! Highly recommend this service team for their professionalism and excellent customer care.
