We received fantastic service today from Andre. He absolutely went above and beyond to assist us with purchasing a new car and undertaking a challenging part exchange scenario. He communicated clearly to us throughout the whole process and was incredibly supportive with myself and my mum when a stressful situation arose with the part exchange which was entirely our fault. Group 1 swindon have been nothing short of great. They have been helpful and informative every step of the way. I had initial troubles of the car being sent to the wrong dealership, this was in no way the swindon branches fault and they rectified the problem keeping me updated along the way. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. While my Polo was in for repair at Group 1 Volkswagen Swindon, I was passed over to a service technician to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, his attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which only added to the stress I was already under as a customer dealing with repeated faults on a car I’ve owned for less than 7 months.
