We have been waiting for an auxiliary battery for our Golf to be fitted through their warranty since February. Appalling! They also gave incorrect details on our service mistaking our Tiguan for a Golf GTI ! Never again!
Great experience, really made to feel special when I picked up my new car
The staff I encountered were very helpful, and my MOT was carried out efficiently. However the key drop off, which I had completed online, did not work. The staff at the dealership were not aware that I had arranged the key drop, and I was asked to take a seat. After quite a wait I approached a staff member who led me to the self check in screen. Also, when I received a text advising that the car was completed, the online payment would not work. So in summary, staff great, but the automation needs to be looked at. At the mom... read more
"Hi, interested in an ID3 GTX." "Sorry, we don't have one" ... No follow up. Guess they're not interested. Bumped up to 2-star as other dealers have said the same. Apparently you are supposed to buy these having never seen, let alone driven one!
