I recently dropped in for some advice and a quote about two separate issues - a damaged powered wing mirror and a snapped boot handle. Jordan came out within minutes and was very professional explained the likely work required in full detail. Despite not committing to the work I was very impressed with the communication. When booking in the work there was a delay owing to a necessity of needing a courtesy car not living in Exeter but south Devon hence the 4 stars.

Great experience, didnt even visit the dealership with the intention of buying a car but as soon as I pulled up a rather nice Arteon caught my eye. After asking details about it, took for a test drive and fell into a trap of wanting it. John the salesman was class, no pushing me to buy it infact told me to go away for a couple hrs to think about it, which I did and decided to purchase. Picked up 3 days later - everything very easy and relaxed. Would recommend anyone thinking of going with VW too.
