Good working environment upstairs if your car is on a service-while-you-wait basis. Friendly, professional and you get your car back clean (inside and out) mode. Reasonable prices and free beverages + wifi and TV.
Poor communication from start to finish. I’ve been buying cars from here for over 10 years, this is my 5th, and it’s been such a poor experience that I definitely won’t be doing so again. Would recommend another dealership if you want a VW.
Brilliant service nothing is too much trouble
I used to work for one of their dealerships. There were illegal activities within the business which I reported. Then I had to whistleblow because nothing was taken seriously to which the Head of Business identified me to the person. Tried to speak to HR at head office via messenger but they simply won’t reply or acknowledge my emails. They allegedly condone illegal conduct within their business. Do you want to deal with such a business?
We are looking to purchase a new car so we booked a test drive at VW Marsh Barton for 3pm. When we arrived we were told to take a seat and that someone would be with is shortly. We sat and waited 25 minutes and no one came so we left. Very disappointed with the level of service.
