Attended the bury dealership today for my MOT I opted for the sit and wait . Staff polite ,patient as I had a young child with me . We had several complementary hot drinks . Vehicle was given a complementary clean This will be my third VW from this branch spanning well over twenty years . Well done team .

I have been using the service department to VW bury for a long time. But this time has been outstanding, it has been taken to another level. I’m lucky to have never been in a situation that has meant my car has been off the road. However this time I was in that position. All of the service team were fantastic kept me in the loop nothing was too much for them.
