Recieved a call from sales agent saying cars ready to be picked up on 30th December 2025 after a 3 month wait delay drove past on 30th and the dealer ship is empty what’s going on? Contacted group1 directly via email no response! Appalling service

If you don’t mind test driving a car without a current MOT this could be just the dealership for you. Additional benefits include an inability to respond to emails, and better still offering a dud car at a premium price. The AA car inspection told me all I needed to know about this dealership.They couldn’t even be bothered to return my deposit.One star feels excessive.
