Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dealership. Highly recommend staying away. (Especially on a Sunday) I visited today after recently selling my car, as I’m looking for a new one (with a baby on the way, space is a big factor for me). When I arrived, no one was at the reception desk, and I had to wait around for about five minutes before a salesman finally approached me. I bought my VW Golf from you in January 2025 and since then have had nothing but trouble with the infotainment system. On Friday 5 September I brought my car in to have the infotainment system reset and a new version uploaded. Instead they uploaded an old version which only worked for a day before an OTA update scrambled the system. I raised this issue with your service manager on Tuesday but have not had a response or acknowledgement. Have booked my car in with another VW group to get it fixed.

I visited Volkswagon Altrincham to try and find out what oil to put in my car as Halfords couldn't tell me what oil I needed??? Louise spoke to workshops and Dek came out topped up the oil straight away. No charge, what a great service. Thankyou
