2nd Oct - Booked a service/MOT for collection from Toyota, all confirmed on the website. I get a call from Toyota asking where the car was in the morning as they were expecting it to be dropped off... Despite them confirming it'd be collected... Eventually they did pick it up, everything went fine and they did the wipers for free by way of apology. My first contact was in response to an advert on the Toyota Approved Used site. When I called, the car had been reserved and was no longer available, but Charles Jordaan was very helpful, and later called me back to offer a similar pre-reg vehicle at a very attractive price which I agreed. Excellent service and staff very attentive from the moment walking in to the reception where I was offered a hot drink and biscuits. Staff go out their way to help. The work required doing was identified as being done under warranty and was carried out without any quibble at all. All in all, excellent customer service and competent staff. I have used Toyota Warrington for 9 years and have had no issues, only good customer and competent service.
We purchased a used Yaris Cross from this dealership a week ago through finance. Our sales executive, Elliot, was absolutely brilliant throughout the process and even kindly delivered the car to us free of charge. The day after delivery, the 12V battery unfortunately went flat (a known issue with the Yaris Cross), but Toyota Warrington immediately arranged for someone to come out and replace it on our driveway without any hesitation.
