I had an excellent experience with the team at Toyota Derby. The staff were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. One of the sales executives went out of his way to pick us up from the train station and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I am Mark Joseph Sanchez, I got my Toyota Yaris Hatchback 1.5 Hyb on 21 of August 2024. The car was in good condition when i got it. Suddenly, on October 2024, i heard a squeaking sound every time i press the brake. I booked an appointment to check the problem and to sort it out. On 13 of November 2024, they cleaned all the breaks of my car. There is no longer squeaking on my brakes. I spent £0 for the appointment.
